Rankings

Almost all ranks require completion of several missions or operations in good standing to be promoted.

Private 1

First rank in the unit. You can participate in operations after taking part in basic training.

Must have basic training for promotion.

Private 2

First real rank in the unit. Navigation training is available.

Must have navigation training for promotion.

Private First Class

You have proved yourself to be invested in the unit. Ground Vehicle and First Aid trainings are available.

Must have ground vehicle and first aid training for promotion.

Specialist

Basic skills have been mastered. At this rank you can start to specialize your skills to your interests. Specialist trainings are now available.

Must have at least 3 specialist trainings for promotion.

Corporal

Continuing to improve your skills. You can now be a training officer for specialist trainings. Leadership, Combat Life Saver, Aviation, and Forward Observer trainings are now available.

Must have leadership training for promotion.

Sergeant

First full leadership responsibilies. You can now lead a team in operations / missions. Command and Forward Air Command trainings are now available.

Must have command training for promotion.

Staff Sergeant

You have even more leadership responsibilities. You can lead a squad, flight, or command an MBT.

No training requirement for promotion.

Sergeant First Class

You are a seasoned leader. At this point, you may qualify for an officer commission based on performance and dedication.

No training requirement for promotion.

Master Sergeant

Highest enlisted rank. You can work as a Non Commissioned Officer for the company taking on administrative duties.

Second Lieutenant

First commissioned officer rank. You can work as a second for a platoon leader, or in company command.

First Lieutenant

Platoon leader. Handles administrative duties for the platoon.

Captain

Head of the company. Responsible for the operation of the company. Handles administration and scheduling of operations.
